Our lower pavilion is available exclusively for member rental throughout the summer season! This covered unit features a double-sided fireplace, grills, and picnic tables ready for your enjoyment. Your party rental also includes all amenities of our club!
We would love to have your party, event or get-together at CBSC! How to request a reservation: 1. All rentals are booked using our 2025 CBSC Pavilion Rental Request Form. This is a request to book our space, it does not guarantee your date and time. 2. After submitting the Google Form, you will be contacted via email within 3 days for a follow-up or to proceed with a reservation confirmation. Please keep an eye on your inbox! 3. Once confirmed, you will be sent important information via email to review and, your rental fee will be due to hold your spot! |
Rental Fees
1-100 guests: $100 101-150 guests: $150 150+ guests: Board discretion. Note: Rental fee includes all attendees, members and non-members. Guest Fees: Non-members of CBSC are $5 per person. Children age 2 and under are no cost.

What times of day can I book my event?
The pavilion is rented for 3 hours at a time in order for you to enjoy everything we have to offer. Time slot options are 12:30pm-3:30pm or 4:30-7:30pm.
Are there any blackout dates?
The pavilion is unavailable on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day, in addition to some dates that may conflict with our social and swim calendars. All other dates may be requested, however, the space is booked first-come, first-serve.
Is there a deposit to hold my date?
Once your event date and time has been confirmed via email, a non-refundable rental fee will be due to secure your event. Our rental fees vary depending on the number of guests attending. Pricing is available at the top of this page.
Are non-members welcome to attend?
Yes! There is a $5 fee per non-member in attendance at your event. CBSC members in attendance are free, as well as children, age 2 and under. Guests 12 and under must test for a "band" before enjoying our lanes or diving well of the main pool.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
You may bring in any food and drinks you would like, however, there may be no glass of any kind on pool grounds. If you wish to have a food truck for your event, you must notify us at the time of confirming your reservation. All food truck requests will be coordinated via our Socials Director and be made available to all members of our club during their visit.
Is there a limit to the number of guests at my scheduled event?
There is no limit to the number of people to attend your event. However, CBSC Board of Directors and management reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary to accommodate for extra staff, etc.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
You will select choices for an alternative date on your Pavilion Rental Request Form. If there is inclement weather, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to either cancel your rental or proceed with an alternative date at no additional cost.
