Andy Baran was a wonderful person and long time CBSC member. His loss leaves a huge hole for many of us. Andy was always lending a hand at the pool and built our signature red Adirondack chairs and horseshoe pits. Andy fought a hard and courageous battle against cancer. Through that fight he never lost his wit and positive attitude and love for his family and friends. Andy and his wife Amy have been members and generous volunteers at Covered Bridge for 20 years and have 4 wonderful children who have all at one time or another been swimmers or worked at the pool.
